Why is shipping so expensive?

Shipping frozen meat isn't like shipping a t-shirt. Every box goes out UPS 2-Day, packed with dry ice and heavy insulation to keep everything frozen solid the whole way — that's what drives the cost, not the box or the meat itself. We keep our rates as low as we can.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We make it right — no questions asked. Our meat ships frozen with dry ice and arrives in perfect condition, but if something's ever off, just reach out. We're a family farm and our reputation means everything to us.

Are purchases final?

Yes — we can't take back frozen meat, but we've never left a customer unhappy. If there's an issue, we'll fix it.

When will I get my order?

Order by Monday at 5pm, ships Tuesday via FedEx or UPS 2-Day. Most customers receive their box within 48 hours of it leaving the farm.

Is your beef 100% grass-fed?

Our cattle are pasture-raised and fed grain we grow ourselves — about 50/50. That means better marbling and flavor than commodity beef, without the feedlot. We grow what they eat. Period.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat-rate $19.99 in OH/IN/KY/MI, $29.99 everywhere else — Each box holds up to 15lbs, packed with dry ice in an insulated container.
